About Kev

09adf21.jpgI'm currently a Frontline Organizer at NationBuilder. At NationBuilder I'm providing people and organizations the tools and resources they need to communicate with supporters and create communities that enable them to do what they want to do. Before joining Nationbuilder, I was a political intern with Rose Kapolczynski Consulting in Los Angeles, where I worked on both Alex Padilla's Secretary of State race and a 2014 ballot initiative. Prior to that I was a Fellow with Organizing for Action, during my time with OFA I was also the Climate Change Lead for Orange County. Previously, I delved into politics as an outreach intern on Senator Sherrod Brown’s campaign in Ohio, working at the Ohio Democratic Party HQ in Columbus throughout the 2012 election season. I'm passionate about organizing because I believe the issues that our country, and world, face today are too big to ignore. I'm inspired to take action on issues like climate change, education, health care, wealth inequality and women's and LGBT rights because I am not satisfied with the status quo and I believe we can, and must, create a better world for future generations.
